Levels I and II stress the language skills of listening and speaking, reading and Writing Within controlled vocabulary and a basic grammar structure. Levels III and IV continue the development of language study with more emphasis upon learning different reading techniques. The Latin course stresses the basic relationships between English and Latin and develops an awareness of the rich heritage from the classic languages.
