This group is charged With the task of providing a system of schools and establishing general Policies for the operation in keeping with the requirements of the community and the state laws. WC salute the members of the Board of Education for their exceptional progress and uncensing efforts to improve the building facilities in the Port Arthur Independent School District. Their efforts to improve have been successful in that there is a more conducive atmosphere for teaching and learning.
