PORT ARTHUR . . . Our City, is rather special to us. It is located in Southeast Texas, along the Gulf of Mexico. Many of its 72,541 residents are employed in in- numerable industries, the malor ones being oil refining, merchant shipping, and fishing. But what we love most about our town is the warmth and friendliness that makes it a city to be happy in, and one that we are glad to call home.
