Samson Bachelor marries Lettie Lamb, who used to be on the stage. Mr. Bachelor has two daughters by a previous marriage and he has told Lettie that they are just babies. However, both the daughters, Polly and Molly, are l7! Samson has to keep the girls away from Lettie, and his sister Minerva, to whom his father left control of all the money. Minerva could cut him off without a cent if he married against her will. These were the circumstances that surrounded and captivated the audiences of Lincoln High Drama De- partmentls first presentation on February 20 and 22. Bachelor's Honeymoon, acted out in such a manner that the audiences lived for the next moment, turned out to be the Hhowl-ariousl, success of this, or any season.
