A Year Of Morion The effect was motion. The place was Lincoln. Movement in. around and our of school helped the student body end staff progress throughout the school year .arid towards the future. With opprehiension and excrement, the freshmen moved in to the senior high Here, os newcomers, they found the sophomores and juniors were willing to give them direction and leadership As the fresfmnen moved through their academic career rhey found a greoter variety of classes from which to choose Their social Fife also moved along as rhey found themselves getting involved in the life Of a Dear , showing much enthusiasm and spirit Continuing this cycle af mobility, the sophomores and jufnof - also faced new challenges academically, athletfcally and in the arts Athletic opportunities expanded while positions on varsity reams were more apparent Many were faced with the responsibility of getting a drivers license which was o major pan of their movement throughout the yecr The seniors were moving on through their activities, preparing themselves for furure education Work took up most af their rime Selecting o school or training program helped rhem to move on towards me furure. Seniors began to poy attention to lirtfe derails realizing this ts it , their high schop' years would soon be over os rhey moved our on their own The reoliry that this morion peeked cycle was ending came cbruprly to seniors os rhey donned their caps and gowns for the final groduanori ceremony Juggling dosses pkjs a sodd tfe kepc many LJncointfes always moving Greg Bores seemingly uses his four hands to juggle six tennis bafc. In constont motion, the Dear footbal ream carried a 4-5 record during its 1981 season A morion filled group of senior cheered djring the first pepfest
