BEARS HAVE THE SPARK TO LEAVE PARK IN THE DARK was the theme that reflected the en- thusiasm of Lincoln students during Homecoming '76. This year's homecoming involved soccer as well as football. Each day during fourth hour, members of both teams showed off their sexy legs only to reveal that Todd Dilley had the best curves. Bruinettes sold carnations so each class could show it's spir- it. Coronation was extra spe- cial. Sparkling decorations set the mood and tensions were high as returning Queen Maggie Dunne and King Ric Everett crowned the new queen and king, Tami Jahr and Mike Harrer. Friday morning, doors were decorated as usual. At the pep fest, once again The Mighty Rocky led his homecoming cheer. Between the soccer and the football game, decorated cars once again formed Lincoln's home- coming parade. Following the football game was the quiet and magic of the dance. No one who participated in the events will ever for- get that special Spark in the Dark of Homecoming, 1976. Fans packed the stands at the Homecoming football game. Homecoming parade, back again.
