Homecoming 1975 As fourth hour drew near, tensions ran thin. Who would be crowned King and Queen of Lincoln's Homecoming Festivities? To add to the excitement of Homecoming, coronation was placed during the school day. This enabled all of Lincoln's students to share in the coronation ceremony and the joyous moment. Last years reigning King and Queen, Dave Albers and Jill Smiler, crowned Ric Everett and Margaret Dunne Lincoln's Homecoming royalty. I was really surprised when I won Homecoming. I never expected it to happen. Being Homecoming King was an honor and I was happy to be chosen. ’' Ric Everett I was honored to be Lincoln's Homecoming Queen of 1975. That special moment will often flash back in my mind and I wish I could relive it all over again. But it was a once in a lifetime moment and a memory I will never forget.' ’ Maggie Dunne Pictures taken, congratulations made and butterfies gone, the royal court was taken to the Chart House for dinner and more pictures by the yearbook staff.
