HOMECOMING QUEEN CANDIDATES PEP RALLY BOOSTER CLUB STUNTS Homecoming this year had its usual excitement and thrills as it does every year. Everyone ran themselves wild in the traditional snake dance on October 17. There was much tense excitement the next day in the student body and especially among the queen candidates. Who was the lucky girl to be elected? It was a very happy Linda Brener! In the Homecoming assembly on the 18th she was crowned by Jim Fey and presented the gold football by captain Ken Hill, as her royal court, consisting of Nancy Natwick, Muriel Bunde, Sandy Peterson, and Jenny mainville, looked on. The game was very exciting with our Raiders ear a victory of 14 to 0 over Rhinelander. There was a 1 crowd at the dance afterwards. Because of our vic and our wonderful queen, we will always be able to 1 back at the 1957 Homecoming and say, Am I ever 1 went to Lincoln in 1957 as I could be a part of memorable Homecoming!
