The gold rush brought the people 3 5 estward through the vast forests of the midwest. Lumbering Q . b reigned as king and gave our state a tradition of freshness and X ' 3 . , 1 S y agerness. Our boys in blue, helped preserve the U nzon,' Badger Yanks fought at San Iuan Hill, the Argonne Forest, and Salerno. q ur country and state grew great and prosperous in spite of four . gthe early part of the next hundred years it will be decided whether Q 3 iirrible wars. Now we are on the threshold of a new world. In Q 3 kkr nation and the world will be torn and destroyed by wai or X 3 gl 5 E exist in peace and comradeship.
