During the season, | felt we made progress with the funda- mentals of football. The 8th graders must work hard at their skills to be ready to play high school football. The 7th grade team lost both their games by one touchdown. There is some fine talent in this grade, and we are looking forward to better success next year; comments by Coach Wendel. Coach Lessmeier feels that this year’s 7th grade has been the best he has coached in his three years at Lincoln. ‘‘With growth we could have a very solid team next year. We're coming along well in our fundamen- tals and with a good tournament season in the spring, we should build toward more successful seasons in the upcoming years, ’ said Coach Lessmeier.
