Top row (1 to r): Debbie Kurth-manager, Marie Brannaman, Kathy Bishop, Edna Dohmen, Beaulah Anderson, 1973 saw many girls partici- ae a ec pating in Volleyball. Though many times they came out as a loser, they never gave up. The final sea- son record of the Varsity was 2-9. The J.V. girls ended their season at 4-8, The girls elected their own captains. Terry Kurth - Varsity Captain; DeeAnn Tenley - J.V. Cap- tain (picture-bottom, far right). They also elected the most valuable players in the opinion of the girls themselves. Kris Wenndt was voted most valuable player of the Varsity Squad. Diana Lehrman was the J.V. most Valuable Player. Most improved player was DeeAnn Tenley, and Kris Wenndt was also voted the person that contributed the most to each practice session. Varsity Season Record: WE THEY Camanche DeWitt North Scott I, C.
