In four short weeks the elements oftoil, hard work, and patience were combined to form Lincoln's 1969 fall play, ''Arsenic and Old Lace.'' The usual dress rehearsal rush and nervousness came before the final produc- tions but the scenes that the audience never saw will be those remembered by the cast and crew.
