The ever-fascinating game of politics, with all its ballyhoo and campaign oratory, came to our cam- pus in October, Two slates of can- didates ran for Sophomore offices, and three tickets were listed for the Freshman class. The sophomores elected Warren Jacobson president, Roger Ashby vice president and Gerry Heinke secre- tary-treasurer. Freshman officers in that order were Denny Lundy, Kerry Fitzpatrick and Bobbi Sch- midt. y fi , 5 g if' z E Louis Lager speaks hopefully at the convention during class officer cam- paign. Terry Lee, awaiting his turn at the rostrum, seems to be men- tally rehearsing his speech. Some gathered at the smoke-filled rooms of the Snack Bar. George Johnston, Bill Murphy, and Jon Frick converse with Mr, Rogers. Others--like Chuck Gordon, Tom Kutis, and David Hill--preferred to see no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil.
