Both individually and collectively, many of you have pursued the highest degree of academic excellence. Numerous individuals from your ranks have emerged as leaders in all phases of school life. You are leaving behind you a legacy which challenges future graduating classes and hopefully will inspire them to equal or perhaps even surpass your accomplishments. The entire staff joins me in congratulating you. Only when you continue the stride of achievements, whether as ordinary productive members of society or as the epitome of success in your chosen fields of endeavor will we as educators feel a real sense of worth. Only then does the joy of perhaps making a minute contribution to your lives out- weigh the normal stresses and strains of our profession. 108 Helping Us Charles King Counselor Virginia Norfleet Counselor Evelyn Mayfield Counselor Marthajane Sells Counselors 109 Office TOP left to right: Claudia Lyons, registrar.
