Sophomores Left to right: Gloria Black, Michael Sawyer, Mrs. Cynthia Morgan, Advisor, John Par iseau, Janice Hubbard. Standing: Sandra Howard, Irene Gammon, Gerald Gammon, Ralph Chick, Ronald Hubbard, Patsy Hubbard,Natalie Mayo. Absent when picture was taken: Eugene Harmon, William Bucldey. The class of 1960 started its second year with fourteen members, one of whom dropped out during the year. At our first class meeting we elected the following offi- cers: President, Michael Sawyerg Vice President, John Pariseaug Secretary, Gloria Blackg and Treasurer, Janice Hubbard. On September 27 we initiated the Freshmen and the reception following closed with a dance and great fun for all. We have two fund raising activities in preparation, The following are on the Student Council- Natalie Mayo, Irene Gammon, and Michael Sawyer. Janice Hubbard, Natalie Mayo, Irene Gammon, and Michael Sawyer partici- pated in basketball. Irene Gammon was a cheerleader. Gloria Black was one of three who represented our school at the spelling contest. Gerald Gammon, Eugene Harmon, Ronald Hubbard, John Pariseau, and Michael Sawyer played on the baseball team. The Class of 1960 is grateful to Mrs. Morgan, our advisor, for helping us during this past year.

Juniors Left to right: Pattie Dearborn, Georgia Lane, William Braley, Marie Martell. Stand- ing: Peggy Grover, Bonnie McKenney, Karen Walden, Mr, Mahoney, Advisor. The Class of 1959 started its third year with ten members, three of whom dropped out during the first half of the year. As class officers, the following were elected: President, Georgia Laneg Vice President, Roger Braleyg Secretary, Patty Dearborng and Treasurer, Marie Martell. Georgia Lane, Bonnie McKenney, and Marie Martell represented us on the Student Council, while Marie Martell was co-manager of Girls' Basketball, Along with Patty Dearborn, Marie served as cheerleader, Karen Walden played on the basketball team. The class of 1959 extends its appreciation to Mr. Mahoney, our class advisor, for his assistance and guidance in our class activities. We have three functions in preparation and especially look forward to the Junior Prom and the Senior Ball which we sponsor.

The Freshman Class entered Limington Academy with fifteen pupils. One more joined us in November, increasing our number to sixteen. Freshman Reception was quite an affair. We dressed up in old clothes and paraded over most of town. Later at the reception proper the Sophomores had a lot of fun at our expense. Our class officers are: President, Leland Axelsong Vice President, Fred Wildesg Sec- retary, Margery Sawyer, and Treasurer, Shirley Lane. Our representatives to the Student Council are: Leland Axelson, Calvin Lewis, and Rodney Brown. On the boys' basketball team are: Donald Johnson, Fred Wildes, Calvin Lewis, Reginald Harmon and Rodney Brown - co-manager. Girls playing basketball are: Margery Sawyer, Shirley Lane, Roberta Norton, and Loretta Black. Cheerleading are: Shirley Lane and Roberta Norton. On the baseball team are: Rodney Brown, Fred Wildes, Calvin Lewis, Reginald Harmon, Donald Johnson, and John Colby. Fred Wildes was one cf the three who represented our academy in the League Spelling Contest held at Limerick High School. Mr. Mahoney is our advisor and we wish to thank him for his encouragement and guidance.
