Foreword—This year marks Limestone’s 30th anniversary. And, like most anniversaries, that calls for a celebration, the celebration of talent. For 30 years Limestone has been the incubator and mi- crocosm for the development and expression of talent, marvelous talent, expressed in every direction imaginable. Talent is expressed at every desk, in every classroom, in every hallway, in the auditorium, in the gymnasium, on the athletic field, and in the com- munity. The multi-faceted gem that is Limestone; the hub of our environment, reflects all of these varied and diverse, major and mi- nor, great and small talents. Every student that crosses the threshold of Limestone’s doors brings with him something special, something different, something unique, and something that no one else has — himself — his individuality. And the expression of that individuality is what creates all of the talents that are seen and expressed here. Some of these talents are in their early development and some are more advanced. Some will develop no further, while others are only be- ginning to grow. That growth is nourished and molded by a more mature and experienced talent that is seen in the classrooms—a guiding talent. Everything that goes on in this building is directed toward helping students to develop their talents. For 30 years Limestone High School and its staff have contribut- ed to the development and talents of nearly 10,000 students, and it is these students who have made Limestone the school that it is today. Talent!
