Foreword Throughout our years of high school, experiences and activities come and go like a summer's breeze; but our memories will stay like the beauty of God's world. Nature exists and is ever-present at Limestone High School. It peeks in our windows, halls, classes, and into the individual life of each student. We discover its wonders in our classrooms: in an Eng- lish sonnet about daffodils; in a biology class while dissecting a frog and discovering the wonders of the circulatory system; while wondering about the mysterious pattern of the grain in the board we are planing in woodshop ... When spring comes, student enthusiasm rises like sap in a maple tree. Nature brings forth the desire of all students to be outdoors and under the open sky. The students ideas about summer vacation vary greatly. Some students may be think- ing about that summer job they ore going to have. Others may be dreaming about going on that annual vacation with the family or going on to college. Some stu- dents look forward either with anticipation or regret to the day when they will be- come young adults. As our future unfolds before us in whichever path of life we may trod, nature and the wonders of God's creation will always be around us. We become more and more aware of our environment because of the ideas we learned both in and outside the classrooms of Limestone.

Night Scene The lights burn late at Limestone. Track men lap through the warm winter halls, staying in shape. A dedicated teacher spends an extra hour tutoring concepts to a no-longer bewildered sophomore. School board discusses high finances. Boosters Club gathers in the Rockot's Roost for coffee after hearing a thought- provoking speaker from Nepal. • Gymnasium fill with sound of applause after a band concert—a sock hop—an offer game dance. Clock nears twelve as the yearbook staff yawns toward a deadline. The crowd hurries into the night, homo from an excellent dramatic production like Gazebo. Mrs. Clork smiles from the Snack Bar after a basketball victory. Finally, the empty halls hear the lights click off one by one as the custodians finish their final cleamup.
