Agnes Smick, besides keep- ing track of all the absentees, operates the book store where the students purchase their supplies. Peggy operates the switchboard and is the office receptionist. Adeline has many im- portant jobs: she is official bookkeeper, private secretary to Mr. Leach, and she takes care of all the payrolls. Agne Smictc, Peggy Tjarks, and Adeline Rosenbohm.
