Jerry Febrlnk, miss Youngoerv spon- sor, J rly btefenson, Ierlin mix, and eheryll mowers e CORD rC Eileen keter, ver fergan, Gharlotfe nr1es,Keith TPT1D I Clara Voves, Lavonne Johnson, Anna Lee Austin and ehery olc+ In the fall of 1951 the juniors began their high school days at Lime Sprinvs, with a total of nineteen members Dur ing that year Richard Lloyd and Jack Moore dropped from our class, leaving seventeen members to bevin the sophomore year In our sophomore year, Betty Korner, Shirley Reinhardt and Lois Sandvik left our class, leaving a total of fourteen This year we were sorry to see Roberta Croxton leave for Mis souri, but Jerry Stevenson transferred from Chester to keep our enrollment at fourteen As everyone had forecast, this year proved to be he biggest ever The class play 'It's Great to be Crazy , chum rings, and the Junior Senior Banquet wmv the major highhghts e theme of the banquet was the Stork Club' The class was represented in mary extra curricular activi- ties LaVonne Johnson was chosen assistant editor of the annual and Ann Austin was assistant editor of the 'Little Herald' Most of the members have worked on the school an nual and paper staff Ann Austin and Jerry Hebrink were chosen as class candidates for Carnival King and Queen Two members of our class, Sheryl Moldt and Jerry Hebrink received letters in basketball Jerry Hebrink, Gary Thomas, and Mer lin Rix earned letters in baseball Many members of the clns also participated in band and vocal music The juniors were proud of the four members of their class who received I rat ings at the preliminary music contest on their solos Lowell Lindsay, Charlotte Fries, Sheryl Moldt, and Lavonne Johnson Lowell also received a I rating at the state contest LaVonne Johnson served the class as president this year Other officers were Lowell Lindsay, vice president, Eileen Peter, secretary, and Sheryll Bowers, treasurer Miss Young berg was our class sponsor 14 157 .
