SENIOR CHOIR To enrich our lives through a better understanding of music is the principal purpose of the Senior Choir under the direction of Mr. Ronald W. Richards. This is accomplished by the fact that the choir is introduced to all phases and types of musical renditions involving those of the highest caliber. The musical group is composed of ninety members, both juniors and seniors. selected at spring auditions of the previous year. The choir first performed for the annual Fall Music Festival, followed by Holiday in Harmony, in addition to the performance of the traditional Amahl and the Night Visitors for the entire public school system. The choir started the New Year off with a bang! The well known Louis Dierks of Ohio State Uni- versity appeared as our guest conductor for the Invitational Concert. Senior Choir also performed for the convention of superintendents of Ohio public schools, the Better Business Bureau's annual banquet in which the noted actor Ronald Reagan was featured as guest speaker, Springtime Serenade, and baccalaureate services. In addition to these scheduled performances, the choir has sung for numerous service clubs and several school assemblies. Aside from our singing we choir members were able to enjoy good times at our caroling party, pot-luck dinners, and picnic at Fort Amanda. In keeping with tradition the Senior Choir hs made a record to help us recall our enlightening year of music. This record will be on sale to the public. Officers for the year have been Tom Rettig, president, john McBride, vice- president, Judy Goodwine, secretary, and Carl Gleason, treasurerg Anne McMahan, Librarian. -l5l--
