RADIO - TV CLUB The purpose of the Radio-T-V Club is to give any student interested an opportunity to participate in broadcasts and to give a better understanding of radio and television programming. This year we have produced a weekly radio show and two special radio broadcasts for Homecoming and May Day Ceremonies. Members also had an opportunity to assist at NWIMA-TV on the Educational-TV programs at 9:50 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. each school day. We sponsored the first record-hop ever held at Lima Senior High School. The disk-jockeys for the dance were Sharon Purdy, Andy Wetherill, and Larry Forwerck. Meetings are called as business demands. There are no dues. Money earned on financial projects is used to purchase tapes and other equipment needed for the weekly radio broadcasts. The officers for the year were Sharon Purdy, Presidentg Randy Beal, Vice Presidentg Larry Forwerck, Secretary: and Andy Wetherill, Treasurer. Miss Jeanette Stuart is the club advisor. -Ill-'
