To the Class of 1952: As you look back over the past twelve years and reflect on your achievements. you sometimes wonder what you have gained. It is easy to analyze the results of an education in concrete terms. Perhaps it would be better to reflect the major highlights of things to come. and see if you are prepared to meet them. Do you understand lully the meaning of democracy and how to live it? Do you recognize that you must always carry your share in any community where you may live? You must keep strong the home, the church. and the school, as these are the primary assets in any democratic country. Morally you must be guided with a true knowledge that separates wrong from right. You must also have an under- standing of the true concept of sharing with others in order that they might share with you. To each of the seniors as citizens of this great land the heritage is yours to carry forth the torch of freedom for not only generations to come in this land but for peoples throughout the entire world. Sincerely. Howard C. Grove .am Howzmn C. Gnovn, B.S. M A Wilmington College Ohio State University Principal Citizens' School Advisory Committee Left to Right-Mrs. I. Paul Fisher.
