Richard Aziere, Raymond Ross, and Richard Newhouse are leaving school for a spin in the drivers' education car. Their instructor, Coach Schmiedeler, is already in the front seat at the dual control. For some, this is the most popular class in the curriculum. Let's Be Practical John Barelli and Stan Stoerman are locking up and cleaning type in the printshop, while Kenny Vogelbaugh is busy at the press. Partly hidden by Elias Ascencio are Norman Gray and Stan Stoerrnan, future draftsmen. At the right is Warren Powers concentrating on his drawing.
