THAT WIINIIERFUL YEAR That wonderful year of 1961--a year of achievement, excitement, thrills, and hopes--is a picture story of a year the students of Lillington High will never forget. There was always someone to share with you your struggle in French, the unsolvable equations, dissecting a frog in biology , your first frightening explosion in chemistry, the excitement when you passed your first time writing in typing, hours spent on term papers, and the feel- ing of achievement when you made your first dress in home ec. . Even fonder memories are the extras that life at Lillington High offers--clubs, pep rallies, the ball games, Junior -Senior Banquet, dances in the gym, and earning money for your class.
