HOIVIEMAKERS FOOD SERVICE CLASS Occupational preparation is a new and important development in Home Economics Education. Gainful employment in occupation which utilizes skills and knowledge is increasing. These iunior and senior girls are checking new equipment pur- chased and are planning for special laboratory practice. This class experiments with all types of foods. Some of their activities are observations in food establishments, hospitals, and cafeterias, special dinners, teas, coffee hours, snacks, quick on the iob orders, catering, counter girl and hostess.
