Love . . . it comes in all colors, shapes, and sizes. That is the goal of Smite and the LBC International Singers - to love people. In the fall of 1977, Haiti became the burden of LBC Missions and TRBC. A pro- gram for Haiti began, and by Christ- mas break LBC found one hundred and fifty students dedicating their vacation to spend time in Haiti. A program for food shipment began and thousands of tons of food were shipped regularly. A ship was do- nated to the ministry for that pur- pose. Before leaving for Haiti the LBC International Singers found themselves spending many late hours learning to sing in Creole, the language of the Haitian people. The hours were long as students prepared daily for a ministry to people. The rewards came in seeing a hungry face turn to the love and joy of Christ.
