Bennett has accepted a job as principal of a Christian school in Pasadena, Texas. Duff is working on a pastoral theology degree now at Luther Rice Seminary in Jackson- ville, Fla. Everman is pastor of Big Oak Christian Church in Biscoe, NC. Harris teaches at Thomas Road Bible Institute and is research editor for the Journal-Champion. Miss Joynson works in a church in ls- fahan, Iran. Landtroop is a traveling evangelist and administrative assis- tant to Dr. Robert Hughes, dean of Liberty Baptist Seminary. Matteson is assistant director of the Single Adults Ministry at Thomas Road Baptist Church and will teach a course in youth work at the semin- ary this fall, McGee - who is re- ceiving a double-degree, one Master of Divinity as well - will move to Holtville, Calif., as minister of education at the First Christian Church, pastored by seminary alumnus Don Crain with another seminary alumnus, Steve Vander- griff, as minister of youth. Liberty Baptist Seminary com- pleted its fifth year of existence by graduating 27 students last week - its largest graduating class so far. Fourteen students received a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education - a two-year degree - and the other 13 received the Master of Divinity three-year de- gree. Bowman, an ordained minister, pastors the Ellsworth Baptist Temple in Ellsworth, ME, Barbara Doane Stewart is on the faculty of a Christian day school in Tallahassee, FL, and Ronald Edward Gatlin teaches at Lynchburg Christian Academy. Michael Paul Gass and Robert Roy Gass are two brothers who graduated together with M.A. de- grees in 1977 and went to Medford, OR., together to start a church. Bob is pastor of the Harvest Bap- tist Temple, and Mike is minister of youth. Other 1977 M.A. graduates were George Edward Gray, now pastor of the New Testament Baptist Church in Indiana, PA, Patricia Greenhalgh, who teaches physical education and coaches softball at Liberty Baptist College, Steve Raymond Vandergritf, minister of youth at First Christian Church in Holtville, CA.
