wN394QFwd EHEERLEQUERS uSssss - Boom - AHIU Pop, originality, and personality marked the cheerleaders this year. Dressed in their purple skirts and yellow sweaters, they were an essential part of all the games throughout the basketball season. Our cheerleaders helped to foster a good school spirit which develops keen rivalry between schools in athletics. The student body has shown a fine spirit and has supported our teams under the leadership of this year's cheer- leaders. The cheerleaders were new to L.H.S. sports fans. BQSEBQLL The baseball team did not enjoy a very successful season. They played only five games which does not give a team a chance to show its strength. We won one and lost four. Prospects are seen of a fine and sportsworthy team next season. The reserve team should be bolstered considerably by the advancement of the fine Jr. High Team into High School.
