The initiation of the new members greatly increased the size of the Girls ' Athletic Association. The group had several play-nights and two point- nights. Science Club During the 62-63 school year, the number of mem- bers in the Science Club reached a high of 19. With their cooperation and help, the club was able to man- age the concessions at the home basketball games. The Science Fair projects were exhibited in the lab on March 22. National Manor Society In the fall of 1962 the eligible sophomores and one junior were received into the National Honor Society as probationary members. Later in the year, another senior was chosen by the faculty to become a member. In the spring, the society held a tobogganing party. - 30 -
