The SENIOR CLASS of LIBERTY HIGH PRESENTS . THE 1959 MORAINE IN DEDICATION There is sweet music here that softer falls Than petals from blown roses on the grass. Alfred Lord Tennyson In recognition of the musical productions with which he has inspired us, and his personal qualities which have endeared him to us, we, the graduating class, dedicate the 1959 Moraine to Mr. Clarance DeMass The Student Council has been quite active this past year. They have improved traffic in the halls, and introduced a new system, whereby a student may be excused from his semester exams. Our helpful sponsor, Mr. Siegesmund, is not pictured. These misunderstandings are a result of many things--inexper ience and often selfishness are among them. This is by no means to say that the younger generation is going to the dogs — they have said this about all gen- erations. No doubt ycu will become responsible citizens with ambitions that can be achieved and are desirable. As you review this book years from now you will have many pleasant memories of your public school days. It is then that we hope you will have learned the value of your education and that it is so much better to serve than be served . SCHOOL OFFICIALS Mr. Harold Esserman Township Trustee Mr. Esserman is serving his first year as trustee. He is succeeding Mr. Edward Pillman. Unfortunately, pictures of Mr. M. E.
