W F ADMINISTRATION C. E. BIRCH The Superintendent While perhaps we are not in contact with Superintendent C. E. Birch as often as we would like to be, he has shown to us that he is very much interested in our school and its activities. He has always been willing to co-operate with us and to help us in every way he can, and, thus, has won our respect and admiration. In all sincerity, we wish Mr. Birch luck and success in everything he does.
