President Wil- liams has had much experience in the education of young ladies and is exhibiting great ability in the management of the College, revealing a quick insight into human nature and an active concern as to the mental and moral welfare of his pupils. His con- duct of Liberty Ladiesi College has won a good name for himself among our citizens. Hehas a good faculty. The building is an excellent one, with all modern conveniences.
