Perhaps through the pages of this volume of THE SCRAPPER, we can portray to others and can keep for ourselves some of our cher¬ ished memories. We present it, not as a great liter¬ ary product, but simply as a picture of happy years in Liberty High School. It is our wish that the joy received from this book in later years will repay us for our efforts toward making it a success. DEDICATION For her interest in all our class activities, for her help and guidance as sponsor of this yearbook, and especially for her unfailing good humor which has helped to brighten many a dreary day, the Class of 1962--with deep respect, gratitude, and affection--dedicates this edition of THE SCRAPPER to Mrs. Betty C.
