As life becomes more complex, the necessity for mathematical proficiency magnified. To meet these demands, a wider scope of math was offered at Liberty this yr-ae: Senior students were offered a course, 'Iirggq riszmetry and An- alysisw, and Algebra I an.-E students were given new texts. Individual Instruction Aids Students Since not all students progress at the same rate a program was needed that was geared to the individual studentis learning abilities. Based on this, the Specifal Education Program was created. The special education classes were taught by A creative literary magazine, The Crystal Wall, was introduced this year. Biology students were fascinated by the careful study of plants and animals. Accuracy in observation, recording and calcu- lation was of great concern to the Chemistry students. Interested students who wished to add to their scientific knowledge, continued their education in the fascinating and useful study of Physics.
