One of the major concerns of any high school is that every student be given the opportunity to achieve to his fullest capacity. Since not all students progress at the same rate, Lib- erty has adopted a Special Education Pro- gram to give valuable guidance to those who need it. These classes provide as adequate an education as the regular classes but pro- gress at a pace geared to the individual stu- dents abilities. From Chalkboard To Traffic safety, automobile care, and behind -the -wheel practice are a few of the points in Driver Training. During their sophomore year students, under the watchful eye of an instruc- tor, are exposed to the haz ards of actual driving. The practice and knowledge ac- quired will help guide them to be safer and more alert drivers . Steering Wheel Mike Harrington looks to see that traffic is clear before entering inter- section.
