Also, the organization purchased films for some of the home football games and weights for a weight training pro- gram. The girls enjoyed giving a progressive dinner, each girl fumishing a different course. The picnic at the end of the year was fun, too. Belonging to the Girls' Block L is an honor and a great achievement for a GAA member. 28
