This year's Cabinet has done a splendid job with the help of the advisors and the officers. The group meets regularly to discuss problems and to make recommendations for improvement. A new development this year was a discussion and designation of duties of the Sports Manager. The Cabinet encourages good sportsmanship and tries to help correct all acts that do not lead to it. The year has been a profitable and enjoyable one, and the members look forward to another successful one. Deanna Garcia was the president for the first semester. The girls enjoyed giving a progressive dinner, each girl fumishing a different course. The picnic at the end of the year was fun, too. Belonging to the Girls' Block L is an honor and a great achievement for a GAA member. 28
