The first semester the members assisted with senior pictures and took a trip to San Francisco. During the second semester members spon- sored a dance, held the annual carnival, took a spring trip, and ushered at Baccalaureate and the graduation exercises. The Liberty Student Court functions as two bodies. As the merit board its function is to pass all merits and hear all demerit appeals. As a regular court it hears cases involving students, student organiza tions, etc. The court is composed of the Chief Justice, six Associate Justices, a merit clerk, a court secretary, advisors, and the Commissioner of Justice. The purpose of the League is to include all girls in school, who provide elected representatives to the Girls' League Conference.
