Watson The Liberty Student Court functions as two bodies. One, as a merit board, its function is to pass all merits recommendations and hear all demerit appeals. Two, as a regular court which hears cases involving students who have committed misdemeanors. The court is composed of the Chief Justice, a court secretary, a merit clerk, a Commissioner of Justice, six Associate Justices and two Advisors. I I ?l Chapter 150C of the California Scholarship Federation has enjoyed a very successful year under the guidance of our advisor, Miss Van Tassel, and our President, Stanley Andrade. Two Honor Day trips, taken on a school day, are enjoyed by the chapter every semester. The annual C.S,F. Carnival which draws a tremendous crowd for a gala time is held every Spring. Representatives are sent to a C.S.F. Convention every year, and they bring back many new ideas for the or- ganization. The C.S.F. has pleasant times, and never forgets its motto, Scholarship for Service. If it can, it will help any person or organization during the school year.
