CHAFFEE Superintendent of Schools During the past few years we, as well as other citizens of the community, have seen the construction of many new schools due to the diligent efforts of Dr. Chaffee, our super- intendent of schools. His accomplishments in other phases of educational administration have also been appreciatedby the residents of Bethlehem. The Class of 1960 feels fortunate in that we have been under the capable direction of Dr. Chaffee during our fewyears at Liberty. MR. CHARLES A. KLEIN Principal Great strides in our progress havebeen made with the help and support of Mr. Klein, our principal. Through his untiring efforts to give us a firmfoundation on which to continue our education, he has gained the admiration and respect of the entire student body. MR. JOSEPH MCINTYRE Assistant Principal What our assistant principal did for us cannot be expressed in a few cold words. He has always been more than willing to help students, and even though he has sometimes had to use disciplinary measures, his words of encouragement have been highly valued. We have indeed felt proud to have Mr. McIntyre as the assistant principal of our school, and we, the Class of 1960, extend our heartfelt gratitude to him. page thirteen MR. LLOYD B. KEHLER Director of Vocational Education The boys of the vocational department are especially indebted to our director of vocational education, Mr. Lloyd B. Kehler. Because of Mr. Kehler's per s ev e r anc e in dealing with difficult situations, he has easily won the respect of many students. In addition to his many other fine quali- ties, his kindness and understanding have been deeply admired. We are thankful for Mr. Kehler's fine services, and we recognize him as an excellent director.
