' ISTQQV 99 ACT I The curtam rose on the first act of the class of 1949 mth sxxty characters each playmg well hz role as a green Freshman Leadmg characters thlS year were Presldent Gareld Spxess Vlce Presldent 'Vlary Lou George Qecretary Jean Gerdeman, and Treasurer Mary Mlller As the year pa cd the Freshmen got the1r first mtroduct1on to hlgh school socxal llfe w1th an 1nv1tat1on to a hlgh school Chnstmas party ACT II The th11ll of the second act was reahzed by fifty tars Ten characters were sadly mxssed by therr fr1ends m thls second act Yes one s1xth of the cast had left for places they dreamed more 1m portant Top stars th1s year were Presldent Mary Lou George Vlce Pres1dent Duane 'VIcMaster Sec rctary Mary Mxller Treasurer Patsy Qaneholtz The curtam fell on a successful p1cn1c wh1ch ended hc second act ACT III The play reached: a hleh pomt of e1cc1tement 1n th1s act It was capably led by Presldent Her bert Knapp V1ce Presxdent Francxs Brown Secretary Patsy Saneholtz and Treasurer Duane Mc Vlaster A very successful Homecommg Dance was sponsored by the cast as well as a lonely Jumor Semor Prom There was a good turnout at the clas p1cn1c as all reahzed the play was dlrawmg to a close And now here xt comes ' ACT IV At last the cllmax All the characters have worked dxhgently for th1S short act Chosen to lead the cast th1S year were Pre 1dent Gareld Sp ess Vxce Pres1d nt Duane McMaster, Secretary Jean Gerdeman and Treasurer T1m Connolly The Semor have become top stars of the year They have made the book of the year have acted IH the best plavs had specxal photos made and were guests at the Junlor Senlor Prom And now the Llnal reward forty one members who bellewed the show must go on are takmg thexr bows and thexr dlplomas They have earned thelr rewards Now the curtam has fallen on the final and major performances of the class of 1949 Llberty Center Hlgh Qchool 147' I3 .
