Mitchell Brent Allen Myers A Mark D- Schweitzer Scott Levi Shackelford sf w .K if M fl wg: 1 'Exim I Z' . , s 5 Mm Seniors Forced To Accept New Rules The 1985 school year brought about many new rules that the student body was requtred to follow Out of everyone though the Class of 1985 felt the new rules affected them the most The Ohto Department of Educatton began enforc mg strict rules which affected school ltfe and student attttudes One of these rules stated that we would not be able to graduate early as tn past years We were requtred to go the full 180 days Fog delays also be came a btg tssue thts year If we delay for more than one hour on a certam day we would have to butld those hours up 1010 a full day, and make tt up at the end ofthe year If that wasn t enough exams thts year were requtred to change also We the students were not allowed to lea ve the school 1f we didn t ha ve an exam, mstead we were supposed to remam tn the class and be taught something Ltberty Benton school poltctes also changed We tn the Multi Purpose room The lobby has always been a Senior Hangout not thzs year though The teach ers complained because there was too much noise bemg made tn the lobby m past years, so we were told no one would be able to szt there We realtze that these rules were necessary We also hope that the teachers understand why we were upset wtth the new poltctes To be a Sentor has always meant extra prtvtleges and to have just a btt more freedom tn school When all these rules were en forced, we felt ltke we wouldn t be able to enjoy the year After we calmed down though we realtzed we could st1ll enjoy our sentoryear and the meanmg ofthe word Sentor 1 7 Y n , , I ' I 1 . , . . weren 't allowed to eat in the cafeteriag instead, we ate ff ' 77 I ' 7 ' - ' 9

Remember When . Mr. Mihalik had his zipper down in American History. Bob Currie and Linda Thiheault drove to school, forgot, and rode the bus home, Dick Beck fell on Scott Shackelfordk leg in gym class and broke it. The 7th period Government class didn't go to class and got 5 demerits. Pete Fitzgerald, Tony Stults, Mark Hartman, Don Lucas, and Scott Sha ckelford walked out of junior English class. Knn Patterson got her braces caught in jeanna Adams' sweater. Mr. Marquette locked Dick Beck in the closet and couldrft get him out. A bunch of juniors got caught going out to lunch and their parents were called. Kris Deter attempted to score two points for the other team. Tammy McCartney slipped and fell in the cafeteria. Brent Myers cut Chuck Chiowis tape measure in hall Alesia Anspach and Tammy McCartney broke their noses. Mark Schweitzer put craytish in Mr. Osborrfs lab coat in Biology, Kris Deter and Diane .Shuck switched instruments in Band. We had Bluebirds. Don Lucas shot the basketball from over halilcourt and made it. Miss Leggis Sth period library lights. Mr. Prirts' Sth grade class. Mrs. Spears sat on an ant lull at cheerleading practice. Mark I-lower decided to read a newspaper in Math. Angie Perry got the pie in her face from losing jr.fSr. Day. We all couldn't wait to be Seniors? We Predict That . Dick Beclc will own his own junk yard. Tammy McCartney and Dwayne Shafer will live happily ever aher. Nicki Dulaney will get hooked up with Walter Payton. Deanne Home will become an Olympic runner, They will commit Mark Schweitzer to a mental institution. john Allen will become the newest member of Devo. Karen Meyer will take over Vera 's spot on Alice. Kris Derer and Tony Stults will get married and have athletic babies. Kyle Heidlebaugh will become a minister. jeanna Adams will live in Paris and become a hotel manager. Mark Hartman and Sarah Blanchard will tie the knot and have kids with crew cuts. Carol Bone-y will live in a dream neighborhood, feel gay, and not have too many drab days. Randy Wagner will take over his Dad's tomb stone business. r Don Lucas will golf with Calvin Pete. Dee Dee Fields will get rich by owning her own giant hairspray corporation. Only the BEST will come to the Class of 1985.
