After completing Electricians Mate A school and Naval Nuclear ?ower School, he was assigned to the USS NEWPORT NEWS CSSN-7505. The following year he attended Qfficer Candidate School and was commissioned in December 1998. fpllowin g his commission, Lieutenant Commander Angelinas attended Surface Warfare Officer school in Newport. Rhode Island. He was assigned to the USS OSCAR AUSTIN CDDG-793 for two division officer Spfrs from November 1999 through June 2003, serving first as Electrical Officer and second as Fire Control ieer. Jpon completion of his division officer tours, Lieutenant Commander Angelinas was assigned as an nstructor at the Aegis Training Readiness Center CATRCD in Dahlgren, Va. In May 2005, he received a Vlasters in Business Administration from the George Washington University in Washington DC and Iflmpleted Joint Professional Military Education Phase I through Air Command and Staff College distance earrnn g program. H March 2007 Lieutenant An gelinas reported for his first departmental tour as the Weapons Officer onboard 116 USS LETYE GULF, where he is currently serving his second department head tour as the Combat 55'Stems Officer. His decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal Cwith two gold 591131, the Navy and Nlarmc Corps achievement medal Cwith one gold starl, and various campaign awards.
