CM Division CM division is responsible for maintaining and operating one of the most higfily complex and sophiisticated missile systems available to, the Navy today. The Vertical Launching System (VLS) provides both offensive and defensive capabilities in the blink of an eye. The types ofj missiles available are the Tomahawk Land Attack Cruise Missile and the SM-2 Surface to Air Surface Missile. The MK37 Tomahaw k Weapons Sys- tem is capable of delivering America ' s fire power deep into enemy territory with precision accuracy and is the most feared of conventional weapons systems.
