Hang On, Friday’s Coming! As the school year went on, we learned to cope with the tension, aggravations, agonies and ecsta- sies that occurred daily. As each week began, we cringed at the load of work that began to pile up. By midweek, we began to get fidgety, and by Thursday we were going slightly bananas. Yet one phrase kept pounding through our minds: “Hang on, Friday’s coming!” When the weekend finally arrived, we rechannelled Our energies into other activities until Sunday night when we real- ized, as we faced the piles of homework, that the entire routine was Starting over again.
