lie over nine hundred students, Lexington High School is a world in itself. However, revolving in the same orbit as our school are the other three character forming institutions of American living: our homes, our churches, and our community. Since the school prepares us for life in another world after graduation, it must provide a varied educational program to meet the needs of all its citizens whether future college students, business people, or craftsmen. Even more important is the training for co-operating and working with others in our clubs, sports, classes, and everyday life all of which is di- rected for us by our faculty. It is this world—its people, its events, and its purpose—that we present to you in our yearbook this year.
