MADELINE FITCH 43 Hillside Avenue “Maddy” will best be remembered for her aggressive playing in the left-wing slot in field hockey. She is another one of those good athletes from Bedford. Conscientious about her studies, Clara is particularly proficient at typing. She wishes to become a secretary when school days are over. PAUL FURDON 822 Mass. Avenue Although Paul isn’t very talkative, he has plenty of spirit when he is out there playing football or baseball for L. H. S. Zia (1) (2) (3); Football (1) (2) (3); Operetta 2 Lexington Avenue ELIZABETH GATES “Liz”, who is tops in everything that she attempts, has had an unusually successful year with the Spotlight. She also knows how to run up the scores in basketball. MARY GENETTI 29 Hartwell Road Mary is usually studying, but she watches basketball and field hockey games in her less studious moments. Glee Club (1) (2). South Road DONNA GOYETTE Donna is one of the most active members of our class. Besides her singing and acting talents brought out in the operettas, she has considerable artistic ability. NANCY DODGE 66 South Road Nancy's favorite haunt is Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, where she can skate to her heart's content. Her other interest is art with a capital A. Davis Road NICHOLAS DRASKOVICH Full of fun and always laughing — that's “Nick”! It has certainly been a pleasure to welcome him into our class this year. Senior Play (3). HELEN DREW 24 Bellflower Street Helen's hobby of collecting song sheets will come in handy in the future if she con- tinues her singing after graduation. Webber Avenue BARBARA DUNN Barbie is quiet and even-tempered — two things that should help to make her success- ful in her chosen field of social service. DOROTHY DWYER 15 Freemont Street Dot, although a whiz at the typewriter would prefer to become an airline hostess. Yearbook (3). 9 Warren Street RUSSELL FAY Happy-go-lucky Russ is generally smiling and in good humor. Although partial to loud ties and bright socks, he is one of the better dressed boys in the class. ROY FERGUSON 11 Berwick Road Roy may seem bashful, but don’t let him fool you. He is merely trying to cover up that mischievous streak. Also, give Roy any math problem, and he will solve it for you. 25 Adams Street DONALD FIFIELD Don, besides being one of Lexington High's heartbreakers, established his financi al wizardry by proving himself a successful business manager of the Spotlight. ROGER GRAFE 414 Marrett Road Roger has won many friends in L. H. S., where he has been a source of pleasant laughter and fun. He plans to travel through- out the country after graduation. Don’t get lost “Rog ’! 688 Marrett Road CAYWOOD GREENING Like Roger, “Cay’’ wants to travel. Out- wardly, he has a nonchalant attitude; but inwardly, he is very serious. RICHARD GRIFFITHS 15 Highland Avenue Dick, who is especially famous for his puns and his whiffle, is one of the spark plugs of the senior class. Football (2) (3); Baseball (1) (2) (3); Operetta (1); French Club (1) (2). 29 Bloomfield Street JANE GRINDLE Jane’s charming smile and quiet ways have earned her many friends. She has entered into all the fun and yet has managed to keep herself removed from the limelight. Yearbook (3); Operetta (3). BARBARA HADLEY 488 Mass. Avenue Barbara is one of the quiet, capable mem- bers of our class. Her favorite pastime is reading, but she also enjoys music and art. Next year she will attend the Chandler Sec- retarial School. 30 Arcola Street FLORENCE HAIGH Florence will be remembered as that happy, devil-may-care girl witn the ever present sense of humor. NANCY HARRINGTON 9 Glen Road Nancy has twinkling blue eyes, a bewitch- ing smile, and a sparkling personality. What else? She is an outstanding field hockey and basketball player. Basketball (1) (2) (8); Field Hockey (2) (3); Glee ee Be Cheerleader (2); Senior Play (3); Year- oo Concord Road BETTY-ANN HARVEY You never see Betty-Ann being forward; yet she is friendly to everyone. Because of her keen interest in youngsters, she should make an excellent child-nurse.
