OI DIVISIO The Operations Specialists in OI Division are responsible for the location, tracking and identity of all surface contacts. We also are a check and balance team for the Quartermasters on the bridge during Sea and Anchor Detail. We provide navigational information and make recommendations ac- cordingly, obtained from our various equipment. We also have the capability to talk with other vessels at sea.
