CLASS MOTTO: - ‘He would climb the ladder must begin at the bottom.’ WE ARE CLIMBING He who climbs the mountain must ascend, Up step by step, lest he might descend. To the summit, as the eagle flies, He rises by the strength that in him lies! Each of us has the power to reach and grasp The next handhold, when we stretch forth our hand to clasp Each offered opportunity which comes our way; We find ourselves a little higher with each day. If we would leave our “footprints on the sands of time,” In early youth we must begin the climb While fresh and strong, with eyes undimmed and clear, With courage high and faith to banish fear! Our feet have started on the road toward our goal; School days behind, we look to what the future holds, For only step by hardearned step will we reach the heights sublime. So may we lift our torch on high and ever climb! We stand today upon the threshold of an untried way; And by our efforts we can make of life just what we may, Assured that each, by fearless grasp of opportunity, May build his life exactly as he wants that life to be!
