Leo Weed stressed the need for a good vocational program in the schools. There is still a demand for those types of jobs, the drafting and plastics teacher said, and the classes are offered. The very practical nature of shop classes was also emphasized by Mr. Wendell Allen, who taught power technology, small engine repair, and metals. ln fact, Allen invited several speakers to talk on related topics. ll Jeny L.
